At BOOTMOD3 TUNING, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If your apparel doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure the return is accepted by our quality control team.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
